Amazing service, personable staff with someone on-call at all hours of the day. Nurse Galina set up my mom’s care so fast and so diligently. I was such a nervous rack when a social worker at a rehab facility told me a day before that mom needs to be discharged. I’m so glad I called Nurse Galina. She is so knowledgeable and found solution to all me worries and “what if’s”. Phenomenal, is how I would describe the service!!!!!

This review is long overdue! I can’t say enough good things about Galina and her caregivers! Galina contacted me on Care.com during a very difficult time in my life when I was scrambling to find trustworthy and reliable care for two very sick, elderly parents. When I spoke to her for the first time, I found her to be genuinely interested in my situation. She asked a lot of questions, gathered the details of what my parents each needed, and worked with me to find the best care plan that would fit our budget. When a caregiver was not a good fit, she quickly (as quick as the speed of light, it seemed!) found me a replacement. And if I still didn’t think a caregiver was a good fit, she never hesitated to find someone else for me. It is important to note, all of Galina’s caregivers are great, but not everyone is a good fit for a family, and this is something Galina understands well. If you work with Galina, you’ll learn quickly that she’ll never leave you hanging. If a caregiver has to go on vacation or simply cannot make it for whatever reason, she will find coverage for you. When my father passed away, she reached out to me right away and gave me her condolences. It was a gesture I appreciated. Galina is wonderful in every way. She is quick, efficient, and above all, a person who shows a lot of care and passion for what she does. I highly recommend Galina and her caregivers to anyone seeking good, reliable care. You cannot go wrong with her agency! The only reason she is no longer the care provider for my mom is because we moved out of state.
Nurse Galinas Caregiving is a responsible, caring and nurturing service that you can rely on to take great care of your loved ones. My father is currently in assisted living and uses a walker, and the service has been more than accommodating and helpful in transporting him to his doctor’s appointments when I am unable to take him myself. My father also tells me that he enjoys his time with their staff. The nurses also stay with him during his appointment so they can update us on the information he was told by the doctor. I can’t thank them enough for their thoroughness and caring!

Caring for a loved one with heart failure can be so stressful, but Galina and her expert and compassionate nurses eased our stress. Galina personally visited our home to assess my husband’s specific needs. She gently asked him questions so she could determine which of her caregivers would be best for him and our family. She then returned with a caregiver who proved to a perfect fit for him. Shortly thereafter, she asked my husband if he was comfortable with her choice. As my husband required more care, we added a few more nurses. Each one was fantastic, loving, professional, and dependable. Galina checked in frequently to make sure we were happy with the nurses and that our needs were being met.
Unfortunately, my husband passed away recently from his illness, however Galina and her caregivers still stay in touch with me to see how I’m doing. They really care!!! I feel they are my extended family.

Galina’s caregivers are excellent. I have dealt with two for my husband who is suffering from dementia. Both were very proficient with caring for him and I was pleased with their service. If I ever needed care at home again I would contact Galina. She is very knowledgeable and responsive.
Galina and her team have been fantastic helping my father with all of his care needs. The team has helped my father to and from appointments as well as helping my father in the pool to help him work on mobility after his stroke. Galina is very responsive and if she can’t find an aid she will go herself to make sure our needs are met. She is responsible, caring, personable, and just an absolute gem. We feel so lucky to have found Nurse Galina!

Life was good until dad who cared for mom took a fall. I wasn’t sure how things will be. Galina was recommended by a friend who previously used her services. She really peeled the stress off of me.
